program that puts “Premier Service” pledge in writting.

TYLER, TEXAS April 7, 2004 PILLSBURY GMAC Real Estate
announced today that it has created and launched a new business
program unlike any other real estate company’s: it guarantees
in writing the steps sales associates will take on behalf
of their home buyers and sellers.
“Our Premier Service program was created following extensive
marketing research that revealed what customers really want
from a real estate transaction: value and control,”
said Bill Pillsbury, broker/owner of PILLSBURY GMAC Real Estate.
“They want value when measured against the commission
they pay; and they want the feeling of control that comes
from being informed about and involved in all aspects of the
home-buying and selling process. We’re willing to even
ask our customers to survey us after the transaction and tell
us how we did.”
